Join us at Ivinson’s Home for Ladies for chair yoga! Yoga is a possibility for anyone - and it’s been shown to improve overall health when practiced regularly. Please bring yoga mats and children 5 and younger to practice new movement, breathing exercise and the opportunity to meet new people! Space is limited.
